Project Parlor BBQ Competition_Final Round

16 enter, only 1 can leave… with a gigantic trophy!

Though our final competition backed out at the last minute making our victory a little less sweet (WTF people! anyone ever teach you to finish what you start? Its more satisfying if I can beat you fair and square)…  we still showed up to the party with loads of food… Cajun inspired food:

the start of the Jambalaya
the process to carrot souffle (which several people told me tasted like Fruit Loops….uhhh, yeah its probably all that sugar that makes it taste like childhood breakfast)
you gotta throw in some okra
mixin the whiskey sauce while the bread puddin is cookin
olive tapenade for the meatless muffaletta (sub roasted red peppers and artichokes and/or eggplant for the itallian deli meats)
light it up
smoked sausage and cajun chicken awaiting their fate to become Po Boys
the sun sets on the chicken and red beans n rice as the smell of Louisiana wafts thru the evening breeze

We win with pure enthusiasm and dedication!
